Tiny house lots (50 ft by 100 ft) do not solve any problem and they would create other problems.

  1. House lots are already small: most people renting and owning already live on lots averaging 8,000 square feet. A 5,000-square-foot lot would leave no yard and no parking. It’s ridiculous.

  2. A house with no off-street parking means even more cars parked on the street.

  3. The end result of passage of this issue would be houses that still cost far too much on lots that are too small to support them.
